South Dakota has been home to me since 1996, and for nearly three decades it has been the place where I built my family, business, and life. I am a wife, mom, grandma, small business owner, and hairstylist. As a small business owner and hairstylist, I’ve had the privilege of serving people in my community for many years. Behind the chair, I’ve built lasting relationships, listened to countless stories, and gained a real understanding of the challenges everyday families and working people face. My work has taught me that caring for people, earning trust, and truly listening matter.
My faith, my family, and the principles that protect our liberties are at the center of who I am. I humbly know that apart from God’s grace, help, and guidance, I am nothing. Through every hard season of life, His faithfulness has sustained me, strengthened me, and guided me forward.
I know what it means to overcome challenges. When I was younger, my fighting spirit often came out in the wrong ways instead of the right ones. Today, that same spirit is used to stand up for others, keep going when things get hard, and fighting for what’s right.
Long before becoming a candidate, I was involved in the issues that matter to South Dakota families. I believe in living my values through action, showing up, speaking out, and standing firm when it matters.
I am running because I believe everyday people deserve a strong voice and honest representation. I believe our rights come from God, families are the heart of a strong society, and the Constitution must be protected and honored. I believe government should answer to the people, and our future is worth protecting.
